Cutterhead swap ???

Can anyone tell me if they have swapped out the straight knife cutterhead for the Byrd spiral on the Grizzly 20in. planer, and what was involved in the swap??

The Grizzly and the Powermatic are basically the same head.

I did on the 15" Grizzly.
It took most of a day.
Can't say I enjoyed it. I made a few missteps. The instructions are so so.
I'm good with wood but less so with machines.
Sawdust is cool. Oil and grease suck.
It's worth doing. The surface is great.
