    Sleigh Crib

I need some ideas about how to build a crib with a sleigh type top to the two ends -- see attached picture.

I built a jewelry box that has similar curved sides that were achieved by running the stock thorugh the table saw at about a 28 degree angle. So in this instance, I would end up with a curved piece of about 3 to 4" in width and simply dowel it to the end pieces which will probably end up 3/4 oak plywood.

Another suggestion is to rout the channel; and another is to use the Carvewright machine.

    Your ideas please.
