    the logo is inlayed with colorewd epoxy i get from granquartz (stone bit supplier) get the transparent flowing (comes with hardner) and the color kit

    Here's a vacuum formed product I designed and machined for a customer. Plugs were machined from MDF and then Duraglassed to create prototype tooling. This plastic version is still in development. Once nailed down, the plugs will be cast at a foundry out of aluminum.

    I design, engineer and program all sorts of things.

    Oh, and I use Adobe Illustrator with an Epilog Mini.

    My most difficult project to date, although the difficulty had nothing to do with woodworking. I made this for my mother who passed away suddenly two weeks ago.

    Its still CNC technology just additive. I was happy so I wanted to post this.



    Its also a Lego.
