Ken Salisbury just talked to Keith on the phone and they are aware at SMC that there are still problems, but they are on top of it. Let's just be patient and hope they can get things worked out without too much more effort.

Thanks for posting this message. As you said Aaron and Keith are working furiously to take care of the problem. One of us will post a message when everything is back to normal.
