I have one and it is a pretty dang good lathe for the money. I can't tell a lot of difference between it an the Jet except it has a bit more length capacity. On my the centers lined up perfect and over all it a a good little lathe. Also look at the Steel City Vs. It seem like a nice little machine for about the same money.

    Good Luck

Rob - I've been using it for about almost 2 years and haven't had any complaints. I got mine from Amazon, free shipping, no sales tax, and it was $70 cheaper then buying from PSI directly.
