    design for a 3d puzzle

    i am going to make a 3d puzzle for a project for school. i have seen people make the cubes, but is it possible to make letters instead of cubes? is there a web sight or a book on makeing 3d puzzles, that would help with the layout and design?

    thanks for the link. for a project for a school club we are going to make a 3d puzzle, that spells, TSA, the first letter from wood, the second from metal, the third from circut boards and epoxy.
