    Zero-clearance insert for Bosch 4100-09

Is there a source for a decent aftermarket zero-clearance insert for this saw? The Bosch model is not much better than stiff cardboard.

I wouldn't mind upgrading the miter gauge and fence as well. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Peachtree woodworking sells a UHMW plastic version that's not too bad

    Hi Don:

I also have a Bosch 4100 and made my zero-clearance using this method:

    http://www.woodsmith.com/issues/178/...arance-insert/

I made my first one out of MDF and then I made one out of oak.

    Ciao
