I'm surprised you use Hansen, Angus, they are local for me, and I use them for Rowmark but didn't think they have acrylic. I use Tap Plastics for that (also local) and we also have several other places that sell acrylic. Just search for acrylic online in your nearest decent sized city, Eric, or if nothing local order from any of these:

I use them for my Rowmark. I get my acrylic locally but my local plastic guy only carries the IPI crap and I can't seem to convience him otherwise. And mainly because Larry is just awesome at getting what I need when I need it.

I'm looking to switch my acrylic supplier because I'm getting killed with shipping. Last order the shipping was 30% of the total. Anyone know of a local supplier in New Jersey?

Not sure where in Jersey you are but Acrylite is made in Raway(sp) exit 9 or 10 on the Pike.

    Eric:
I believe Piedmont Plastics has a place in Birmingham. I buy all my cast from them and they cut to size for me for my laser bed. http://www.piedmontplastics.com

What I do is buy it in 4x8 sheets and have the shop cut it to shape.

  11. try laird plastics in edison, you can do local pickups

When i buy the 4x8 sheets, i have them cut into 18x24" to fit in the laser.
I use Regal plastics in Dallas or fort worth. Fort Worth is closer for pick up but dallas has a better choice. both deliver for a min order.
Google plastic and your zip code, you might have to make a few calls before finding an acrylic supplier but it is better than oversized shipping fees on 20lbs or more.
