    I have a Home Center Ridgid Table Saw with a 3HP 1PH motor I wired for 230V. It spins up quick and will muscle through about anything I throw at it. 8/4

    I would measure the voltage at the motor under load. It's very possible to measure 240v when not loaded but have it drop once the motor starts to draw
