If you're not tracking the blade with teeth off the wheel, then you likely need adjust nothing to check alignment,
i.e regarding east/west adjustments,
never had that happen on any of my saws general or SCM so cant see what caused it. To loosen blades I just stick a piece of wood into the teeth closest
