How is the Margin Of Error determined for a survey? I don't care who does the survey or what it's for I'm just curious how the margin is determined and who determines it.

Not all have water hose connection but for large jobs it's a necessity, many are also rated for longer periods of use.

This is what I would advise as well, Though I use the second method of first drawing out the burr, then turning the hook.
