Had the same problem with an older powermatic... everything else on it is pretty much high-precision except where the threads end.
I added a two-part collar to the shaft and it was as true as can...
I'm looking to fix a boneheaded move I made a couple weeks ago. I had my Delta 46-715 all cleaned up and ready to sell. I thought I would move it a little bit to get a better angle for the pictures...
