My 12" jointer knives are 24" knives cut in half from the SCMI planer when they were to short to run in the planner anymore but fit the jointer nicely :D
You have hit the nail on the head! A $400 sander should not have a learning curve involved when a $150 sander can sand without. Personally Festool needs to setp up the design to top of the line if...
I have a LT20 it has a 6hp motor on it and I have run the motor to its max a few times. IMO bigger is better. Forget about the little bit of power a bigger motor will draw for the few min at a time...

My design. No plans here straight from rough cut to final product using my eye and sitting in it for a fit test many many times. I have a rocker in the house that rocks the way I like so I...
Joints are not pegged, they are plugs, woodscrews behind them. Shaping is started with the bandsaw, then a combination of rasp/ dremel/ sanding to finish. Mostly rasp work. Leg to rocker joint is a...

That is funny  Guess you can tell people what ever they will believe. There may be that many hours from cutting the tree, milling, drying, sorting, milling, talking with the customer,...

Looks like a good start. Depending on the chuck did you install the taperloc bushing correct? Try resetting it. Looks to me like you are set up on a big bowl lathe there

Use a brass tooth brush once and a while to clean out the thread on arbor and nut then you won't have to use a pipe wrench anymore.

I have a moisture meter it is Electrophysics pin and pinless wood meter Approx 5 years old Grey case with pink paper under display. Do you have a manual with codes that you can send me? They want $15...
If the kid was looking white then good first aid says too. Him passing out and smashing his head on the floor or another object could easily made the finger look good.
