Jerome,
Thanks for the nice replay. Making the arcs were a bit tricky.
I have cut the arc into the aprons - looks much better, and tapered the legs. Now ready for glue up and finish.
Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. I have never done an arch, and do not own a band saw. I do have nice Bosch jig saw, and of course a router and table.
would you all recommend arching the...
I ma trying to decide the apron height for this table. This is not finished, still have to taper the legs, and put an edge on the top, and put a design on bottom of apron.
The top is 48" wide by 16"...
That Thomas compressor looks like the one in the oxygen concentrator that I sell. They are some of the best. I have a larger, 20 gal, Rol Air, and I love it.

Great prices.
Peter,
Have not had opportunity to test, but will over Christmas.
How is your system working?
I was given a Delta 50-840 DC, so I decided to add a Wynn filter and Thien baffle . This was a enjoyable project. Due to the weight of the cartridge filter on top, I need to add a vertical support...
I bought one a few months ago, and works great for what it is. I use it with my orbital sander, rail circular saw, router - anything I can think of that will use the 1.5" hose, or 1.25" - can't...
I have used the Barkeepers in the past and it discolored the TS top. I first mixed with water, then another time mixed it with mineral spirits. Still discoloration with the mineral spirits.
Have not tried this, but I will this weekend. How long do you let the Boeshield dry before the wax is applied?
George,
Good info. The WD-40 is for short term - until this weekend. My plan is to remove the WD-40 and re-coat with Boeshield.
Please try to remember the best product :)- we all could benefit....
I use Boeshield and here in Florida with recent heavy humidity, my table saw and jointer completely rusted on the top. Cleaned promptly with WD-40, then coated with thick coat of WD-40. I believe...
I made a portable spray booth with 3/4 or 1" PVC pipe and used shower curtain liners for the sides. The top and bottom square frame are glued. The vertical support pipes are removable for break-down...
Thanks for the feedback.
I will pass on this plane.
Casey, did you go to the recent (~month ago) estate sale in Cario, GA?
There were many tools for sale.
Is this a good plane?
For sale for $40.00
Keep us updated on how you like it vs. the omni.
Mark,
Table is cool.
Will you share your plans? I want to build some bed side tables, and I like your design.
I have the HF HVLP unit like the Rockler. It is the same unit for less money. I have used it for precat lacquer and enamel paint. Works rather well. Need to practice., like any spray system. The HF...
