For some reason when I change a line to a hairline it won't stay a hairline. Even if i change the line to a different thickness it won't change. anyone know what is going on?

the hole needs to be cut first because not all medals are resting on pins so when it cuts the outline the acrylic drops down.

it is for room numbers on the outside windows of a school building. I think the tape might look a little tacky (no pun intended)
Does anyone know of a material that can be lasered then stuck to a window and read from the outside. So the sticky side has to be laserable.
