As far as I know one just angles the chisel. Therein is the appeal of handtools, especially for the home woodworker.
Looks nice.
What kind of wood is that?
Home depot has 8' length Empire level. Has worked for me pretty well as a reference and was only around $100 some 2-3 years ago.
I also do not see the pictures and I do donate $6 annually.
I like the alignment pins on 700 much better than those paddles on 500.
There is also a product called SEAL 'N PEEL used for weatherstripping that might work for temporary plugs.
Nice workshop.
I am similar size to you and my main bench is also 40", my joinery bench is very similar to what you are planning, but 44" high, 46" might be too high.
Is this discrepancy just an offset or does 1" in real life = .9" for Nova, former one could live with, latter looks like some sort of encoder problem.
THose paddleboards should be able to survive outside. We stored some behind a shed for years, they looked a bit aged, but otherwise were fine.
Nice place!
That comfy reclining bicycle exerciser could almost work as a modern shave horse or some other sort of man powered woodworking tool:)
I personally saw the problem in 2017 and 2018, seems to be some sort of design issue that QA does not always catch. I also saw a mention of it recently here on sawmillcreek.
Makita saws are notorious for rails not being co-planar with the blade. I specifically looked at three cordless SCMS saws that are basically the same mechanical design as corded. I think a lot of...
My plane has a little bit larger wooden sub-sole that has a small hole. I hang it from the wall using that hole.
Nice, thanks for the info, would have never thought about the wild horses.
Yeah, how do those horses survive there, heat and lack of food, water? Is that barn air conditioned?
I do like those outbuildings, wish they could be airlifted or something:)
Banks do roughly 4-500K per employee. Facebook, Google is 1M per employee. Where do you work? I will invest in your company:)

I think you are overthinking this.:)
Looks nice. I like the thin sides and bottom. If you use fragrant wood it would smell nice as well. I like Spanish cedar or white cedar smell.
Cool tech. Not for saw-stop though, but perfect for handheld application. It senses out of ordinary movement of the saw itself. In the case of a stationary saw there is nothing out of ordinary...
I also find that his style of clamp helps to align joints better than flat clamp.

You might be stripping the threads when driving screws. It is easy to do that in pine.
Table looks better than MFT.
Hopefully track is compatible with other tracksaws since Kreg is late to the game.
It does not have to be that way and that is a simplistic way of looking at it. Plenty of companies that do things differently. Just look at the Amazon, they do not pay dividends and build a...
