Alex,
i have found on deep voids, is to do multiple small pours. Hit each pour with the torch, let it cure overnight and rinse, repeat until void is filled. This does take an additional day or two...
John,
Fantastic execution love the design and highlighting the live edge.
I have used the Kaizen, Festool and Craftsman foam. All work as advertised, by the craftsman is much more difficult to layer. I just completed 6 drawers on my under bench cabinet. Could be be happier...
Would not have put a pull at all. Let the work show thru. Like Art mentioned could you Add something instead of the knob?
other than that the box looks great, nice work.
Alex, check mesquiteburl dot com. Good guys, good product, on site kiln. I have used them several occasions and always been happy. Just get ready for the bill.
Steve, I just got some router bits back from Woodcraft here in Austin. All TX Woodcrafts use Cooks in San Marcos. Done here its a week turn around. My bits came back better then new and not expensive.
You might check with Mesquite Burl dot com. Good guys, but you have probably figured out it ain't cheap
Yea, tried the ct36 with the 150/3 for the first time on Friday. At first I thought the sander was not working,, no dust in the air no dust on the surface, no dust on me, no dust anywhere. That might...
I think the more you add the steeper the slope gets. 1st go around Ct36 and TS55. "That will be enough to break down sheet good." The next day ETS150/3, Domino w/ ALL the bits and systainer and extra...
Well, thought I would not ever own any of the Green German candy. So much for that thought. I recently left the restaurant business after 30 yrs to go into the remodel business. Thought now would be...

We are about a $1 more BF here in Austin TX.
Is that the 2nd leg riding against the drum?
It has arrived. Shipper was a day and a half late, but got the same time off work so not a bad thing. It's set-up, but I can not use it yet. No time to add 2nd elec. panel in shop yet. You had to...
Matt Mac,
Do you have a recommendation on the phenolic blocks? Looked at Rockler, WoodCraft only ones I'a m seeing are for 14" saw.

SWMBO jsut ordered me the Grizzly G0513P for Christmas. Shipper says it's to arrive Monday, thats pretty fast. I have to run new power to the shop to be able to use the bandsa(220v). Should be a fun...

Here are my first making boxes. One is for my FIL (maple & walnut) the other is for my BIL (maple & mesquite). The maple got a little shellac tinted with a medium brown. The tops and bottoms got some...
Jeff, almost too nice to use. Have you got your first scratch or ding yet?
I too like your tool tray, very innovative. I usually have my tools taking up the real estate and the project at hand...
Thanks, Tri.
John your right, it does look like a finger joint. I was watching a Cosman video, and said "I think I will give that a try."
My wish list includes a LN DT saw or a Cosman. I have...
