What about the bit for cutting the plate/lift into the table top?
Well, I am finishing a router table build and it is time to insert the router. Due to $$$, I am going to use my Bosch 1617 in the table and have my Festool plunge router as my handheld unit.
...
Anyone got it? Impressions. Plan on using it with a Bosch 1617/1618.
Thanks,

Looking to upgrade fence of a 14" Delta USA made bandsaw. Thinking of the Kreg bandsaw fence. Next project requires me to rip about a bazillion pickets made from 1" cedar. Will this do the trick? ...

I have some of the wire systems and I don't particularly care for them. I am looking for something that has some bulk.
Has anyone seen any plans kicking around the internet that they would like to share? Thinking like Ikea sort of looking thing/cubbie system for a smallish coat closet.

Thanks,
Chuck
Thanks Bharat!

Also, as to the comment about the lifts...
BTW - I have a festool OF 1400 for hand use. Therefore, I thought since I have the 1617 I could use that.
As for the T-Track recommendation instead of the norm technique, do you have a pic?

I have a Bosch 1617 that I can put into the table immediately. However, I am interested in what router people have in their tables.
Looking at the lifts from woodpeckers and the 1617 can not...

What's google?
Due to painting it and that its kid's furniture I was seriously considering poplar as I have had pretty good luck with it.
Thanks for the input,

So, my wife would like me to make some shelving type things for my son's room. In looking at some catalogs to get ideas, I noticed that a lot are made from rubberwood and/or MDF.
In terms of...
Bump to the top.
I have volunteered to do some wood working projects at an elementary school. It is part of a program called "Arts Night".
Any how, a local BORG type store offered to donate some of the project...
