Needed to be cross cut in 24" (Roughly) lengths

Then run through the rip fence at 1-3/8" width...

Then needed to skinny them down to 3/4" thickness.....
Side #2 is out of the clamps..

Set one stile on the bench and into the jig....it was marked for "INside" so set that face away from me...then glue on tenon, and a spot of glue in the center of a panel..and worked my way down to...
Rails needed to look spiffy, of course..all 9 of them..first task was deciding which face looked the best..

Hauled a stack of supplies to the shop, tonight....decided to fix the two wide rails...then went ahead on chopped the 9 mortises in the matching stile...then brought up the clothes from the Clothes...
The "G" was for Government Contracts (WW2)..The "B" merely meant an Improvement was made..of some sort..either an upgrade, or to make a tool easier to Make.
Like: a No. 9BGC model....which...
