The search here is driven by Google - so the results do look like a Google search. However, all of my results from searches here are from sawmillcreek dot org - except for the advertisement results...
I’ve seen them in person, but don’t have them in my shop. I somewhat doubt that sawdust would make them slippery as the gaps between the ribs are pretty wide. Sawdust would likely fall through...
It is one issue with SketchUp being a “surface” modeler rather than a “solid” modeler. Your components are each basically a “shell” only and when two “shells” occupy the same space things can display...
The two things I’ve heard discussed as far as positioning of such units are clear space and breathing area.
You want clear space around the unit so that the air circulates and is filtered by the...
Can you post a picture? My guess is that you have coplanar surfaces of different colors overlapping. In those cases, it does randomly show one or the other - or parts of each.
Well, you weren’t exactly being helpful...
Do you have your browser set to accept cookies from SMC? SMC sets a cookie if you have the “remember me” checkbox checked. With the cookie, it should...

What was the original voltage (and possibly phase) for the motor? 110V or 220/230V?
Nicely done! Sometimes the simple answer is the best one. Any product names you’d recommend for the pneumatics?

Seems he’s no longer accepting PayPal and says so on his website.
Exactly. If you want everything perfectly the same, go with the mass produced CNC machined stuff. ;)
Without a specific fixture, it’s impossible to give you any input. As I said, Google gives you dozens of different items when you plug in “Disc LED” for a search.
Is Disc LED a product name? I’m not familiar with them and a Google search turned up a variety of different products.
I suppose I should be glad it’s not just me. I’ve had two die in less than two years after my “old” one lasted over fifteen.
I’d start by asking what the plans suggest for joinery? As Mike says, I don’t think pocket screws are the answer either.
I agree on the double pane issue. You’ll likely have a lot more air leakage around a sliding door than you’d save in insulated glass.
Traditionally, there is a solid piece on the inside and then the glass is set into the frame with glazing putty (see image). This seals the glazing from the elements.
For interior glazing - say in...
I just toured a local elementary school project where they used LED lighting throughout. The comment was made that even three years ago they would have been unlikely to only use LED because of cost,...
Judging that this is your first post and depending on where you are attempting to post, you may want to read through this: http://www.sawmillcreek.org/announcement.php?f=7&a=16
I’d be hesitant to even mess with such things: http://chemistry.about.com/od/toxicchemicals/a/Mixing-Bleach-And-Ammonia.htm
And, depending on the wood, ammonia does other things:...
I think you’re going to be in a lot better position doing this. You don’t have a location in your info - that could help people make suggestions for any saws they know if in the area.
Is your saw the Evolv? It would help those attempting to provide answers to know what you’re dealing with.
SearchTempest is a good way to go through any nearby craigslist postings:...
Are you thinking of a wood top? Or does your father’s shop have metalworking equipment?
Pretty much this. I couldn’t find a Craftsman EVO tablesaw, but did find the Evolv:
