If you check specs one of the gear oils (not motor oils which have much lower viscosity) one in the autostore should work.
check the manual agian maintenance lubrication section.

Sarge hit the nail on the head. angle cuts usually require a clamp if unable to hold very tight against the fence. If that does not fix it. unplug the saw place it in the down position and wiggle it...
definitely a problem. my twin stack takes about 5 minutes from 0 psi to pressure up. unplug and check for leaks. It should be easy to find with that much blowing by.
