Good luck.
Beautifully done. The trim work on the outside and the eyebrow roof are exceptional.
I'd love to see some more pictures of your modules and a few without the fisheye lens.
Nice work. I wish I had that much of a run of cabinets. Now you need to go out and buy more stuff to fill them up!
I have had one for about a year now. I love it. I do have two complaints, though. The first is the same as Matt's. The depth of the table is somewhat short and that can impact where you are able...
Where did you get that hose, Neil? How long and how many Euros did it cost you?
George, I think I know what you're talking about, but I'm not certain. Do you have a pic?
I think there's another question to ask yourself before buying the saw: How important is dust collection? If it's not very important then I would just get a decent 7 1/4" circ saw from the Borg and...
Hey, Neil! I probably would get a little better flow with a 45 there instead of just clamping my hose on the lid. I'll look for a smooth 45 and see if that helps. Tell me more about your...
Nice work, Howard. I did something very similar last year. I really like how you've replaced the metal frame on the "donut" to get your exact height. Yours looks much more finished than mine.

Just re-read my post...I meant it REDUCES chip out. Not introduces it. Sorry about that!
Something that as worked for me is slightly wetting the wood with water. That raises the grain a little and introduces the chip out. I keep a little squirt bottle next to my planer.
Hey Phil. What about some black vinyl cove base? Its typically 4" tall and can be attached with contact adhesive. The cove sticks out on the bottom about 1/4" to cover gaps.
It should be...
You fixed my problem bill! I dontnhave that spring or washer on mine. After looking up the manual and parts list (thanks Neil) I'll get what in need ordered.
My sincere thanks to everyone. You...
Thanks for all the help. I bought new belts and tried them with the same result. As I'm watching the belt track up I got to thinking that the knob wasn't staying put. As I tension the belt the knob...
I just bought one of these off of craigs list. I can't get the belt to track straight. No matter how I adjust it the belt rides up and off of the track.
What am I doing wrong? Any ideas on how...
Are you using featherboards to make sure you've got good contact with the fence? I try to make sure to transition my pressure from the infeed side to the outfeed side and keep it there until the...
Here's my set up:

I hook up my flexible hose to a jointer port that I installed on the counter under the saw. I catch maybe...
Nice work, Tim! Why plumb the entire shop if you've got that spiffy DC on wheels? Wouldn't it be just as easy (and probably much more efficient) to move the short hose from tool to tool? That's...
Nicely done! I've done a similar mod to my HFDC:

One question for you: how do you remove the trash can when you've got a...
I bought the foam router bit holders from Peachtree and just cut them to fit in my drawers. Now I've got a portable solution that holds the bits securely in the drawers.

If it helps, I've bought a few shop vacs from Lowe's in the past year for work and they're doing a great job. They're a little loud, but other than they pull both air and water very well.
I'm not sure why the ratings are so bad, but I've got one and use it quite often on an old Craftsman plunge router. The base works great for me and as Joe said, you can easily swap out other...
Your shop is awesome, but I'm more impressed with the beer collection than the tool collection! Show some pics of some of your favorite bottles!
I just got an email this morning that Woodpecker's eClub is having a sale on Bessey clamps. All of their clamps were in there, including the K-body revo's. You'll save about $4 or $5 per clamp.
I, too, have bought casters from secaster on eBay. I've got 4 sets of them and they're all performing VERY well. I think they match up to the sets from Woodcraft, though I only have one set of...
