    Adding shadow?

I've attached a file of a name. It has what looks like a shadow, but it surrounds the whole letter & it's a really nice effect, but I can't reproduce it. It's probably simple & I'm trying to make it difficult.

I've been watching & reading tutorials all week, I've probably learned all that's possible & now I'll going to have to forget something to add new info!!

That is done with the interactive drop shadow tool. You'll find it in a flyout as shown.

The shadowing is done through dots (halftone/screen), and they're spread thin (low line count on the screen).
