    Met a fellow Creeker today.

I did a demo for the Brasstown Woodturners Guild today and got to meet fellow Creeker Mark Hazelden. Sorry I don't have any pictures as of yet. Doing the demo didn't leave me with much time to do anything else. The demo went pretty good and Mark and I both ended up going to the same fancy food establishment after the meeting and enjoying a quarter pounder. If anyone E-mails me a picture of the meeting I will post them. The only down side to the meeting was that the shop wasn't air conditioned. My shirt was soaked by the end of the meeting as Many of the members were as well. It doesn't matter where I go turners are a great bunch of people to be around.
    Turn Safe,

    Congratulations Jack!

Meeting fellow Creeker turners is a great experience!

Did you get cheese on the quarterpounder?

Always good to hear about Creekers getting together! Hopefully - someone will have photos to share!

I can vouch that it really happened. Sorry, I didn't take pictures either.

Thanks for a great demo on coring bowls and making a turkey pot call. We enjoyed having you.

I plan on making a turkey pot and practicing calling the turkeys that march past my house twice a day.

    Mark
