    Iroko: glue?

Will apparently be doing a modest project. Client wants to replace an existing small [little kid's] bench. She is doing a variety of small things in preparation for the grandchild her DIL is anxious for, but her son is not yet on board with. We know how that will play out.

Does iroko have any characteristics that make it difficult to glue? Prefer TB III, simply because it is a small project and I have that....an epoxy purchase would barely be touched, but if there are oil/etc. issues that require it, then I can go that way.

    Thanks
When I started woodworking, I didn't know squat. I have progressed in 30 years - now I do know squat.

    Hi Kent,

Try asking your question here: http://djembefola.com/board/technical-advice/

Iroko is one of the woods that dejembe drums are made of. You'll certainly find the answer to that question there.
