    Cole jaws id help

I picked up a lathe and a bunch of accessories at a yard sale. :-)

The chuck on the lathe was a vicmarc and these mini cole jaws were in the lot - I assume to fit the chuck?

But they don't look like the ones I see online. They are solid machined steel not aluminum or cast. There are no markings except for numbers and there is a little pin / screw in one.

    Any thoughts?

They look like the cole jaws for a Penn St. Industries, Barracuda Chuck. The pin makes sense for those. Probably won't fit the Vicmarc.

Congrats on the yard sale score. What kind of lathe did you pick up? 1+ on what John said. They are PSI cole jaws and will no fit the vicmarc chuck.

    Thanks.

I'm actually going to sell the lathe to a buddy I've been trying to get into turning.

Jet 1220. Needs tlc. But I got a bunch of accessories and a dust collector that are going to be free after I sell the lathe and a couple tools.

And I'm selling the lathe at a bargain price. :-)
