hanging a spindle sander on a french cleat

Hey all - I'm thinking of getting a spindle sander (G0723) and I'm trying to find a place to store it. I just put up french cleats, so I'm thinking of building a base and hanging it on the wall (sideways) when not it use. It's 56# so aside from the weight to get it on and off the wall, does anyone see a problem storing a bench top spindle sander this way? I've got some other tools going up on the wall as well, but this one would definitely be the heaviest.

Should be OK, but I would still want to be in at least 2 studs. It's the weight of the machine, and the work, and you leaning into it, and probably another factor for the fact that it's spinning and oscillating.

And I wouldn't just hang it and leave it. I would hang it and then anchor it with a couple more lags.
