Not quite the way I'd do it, but it's clever!
It looks like someone's winter project. Wonder how it works with seasonal movement of wood? I suppose you could coat it with a water seal just in case you ended up in the rain but it likely lives in a garage and comes out on good days. Whoever did it has a high skill level to say the least. Not sure about the exhaust pipes and the wood, but it looks good. If the owner's wife ever needs to sell it, it will require a special type of buyer although some would love it.
Could the exhaust stacks be fake? Can't see how they wouldn't burn the wood if they were real.

Not sure why it rotated when I uploaded it.
My truck is used for hauling too often to make it pretty. Heck, it doesn't even get washed and has lichen growing on parts of it. Maybe in a few years it will have a natural camouflage look.
