The second item from the left in the bottom row is a set of hog ring pliars. I have no idea about the age, as similar pliars are still being made. New types that differ significantly from those are also now available.

The ax head in the box at the left end of the second row is a broadax. It is used for hewing a log to make one or more flat sides on the log.

I just checked back in to see if others had identified some of the other items, and the order of the photos is now different for some reason. The hog ring pliars are now the second item from the left in the second row, and the broadax is in the far left photo in the last row.
