Here is an old 15 foot tri hull that was given to us by a freind . It came in two peices as a deck and hull black with mold. Next week we will have it done. The windsheild and all trim as well as rubrail is bloodwood.

Very nice. Is this what the shop does for work or is this
something done on the side for you to enjoy when complete?

Rob:
This is for comuting 10 minetes down river to a new factory we are buying. It is not what we normally do but when I was young I had a boat factory and have always enjoyed fixing up throw aways here for our own use.
You will be riding in style. I like the cushion color.
All my boats were bought used and even though
I have a cabinet shop and have done plenty of work
on them, they still look well used! Good luck with
the new factory.

That's a great job you guys did on that little runabout. I'm sure it's not as unique a way to get to work down there as it would be up here but it's still cool.
That bloodwood is gorgeous and your workmanship is incredible.
I once refit a little Thundercraft with cherry (wish I had pictures). That project was very similar to what you described with this one. Mold, rot, needed a ton of work and TLC but when it was done ... what a boat.
Nice job with yours!
