    Can any ID this tool?

    Up for auction locally is the below picture item. Any one know what it is? I have my ideas, but they're only guesses at best. I'm hoping that someone actually does know.

    P.S. and yes it's the only picture available

    Just to the right of center at the very top, it looks like it does say Belsaw.

    I couldn't make it out before, but it's an old combo machine. The wooden board on edge in the top is a fence for a jointer and the in/outfeed tables are lower. Right?
