Something odd happened when I hit "submit thread" on http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=36665.
I got a browser error, resubmitted...and now the attachments show as links instead of thumbnails. Is there any way to recover without resizing/renaming/reuploading the pictures?

Edit: I ended up doing the kabuki dance with the pictures, because I was the only one who could follow the links. In the 'attachment' database (under user control panel), it showed them with no thread ID and 'in progress'...this was like 15 minutes after the thread was submitted. I've deleted them (redundant now), but what's the normal way to handle this situation?

"Design"? Possibly. "Intelligent"? Sure doesn't look like it from this angle.
