New Business Mailing List

Hello All,

I have setup a few LLC's in Texas and each time I instantly get credit card offers in the mail with the new business name on the mailing. How can I obtain this same information when others create a new business? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd guess your state's attorney general's office has that info available.

Open records request. Check the Texas statutes on open records, and see if that won't do the trick. Some states permit a standing request, and I think TX does that for accident reports. Have a wreck there, and 35 attorneys will contact you the following week
