All I could think about as I looked at the pictures (didn't read the text) and Jim's comment was John Denver singing "Almost heaven, West Virginia..." Then, to find out it was in West Virginia gave me a good chuckle. I'm afraid that the LOML (also known as SWMBO) would not like the place. In her mind there's a difference between rustic and ramshackled. I'm afraid this place would be a little too rustic for her, besides she made me promise that we would never live somewhere where it would be a long drive for a quart of milk.
