    Earlex 6900

I'm trying to decide between the Earlex 5000 and the Earlex 6900, but I'm not able to find many comments/reviews for the 6900. There are plenty on the 5000 that allow me to see this is a solid unit.

Does anyone have any experience or comments about the Earlex 6900?

Chip, there was this thread a while back. You may want to follow up with the OP to see if he purchased the 6900 and get his thoughts.

I'll give that a try John. Thanks.

I just can't seem to find a review anywhere.

Although it looks like a nice quality unit it seems that the 6900 at $500 is not as good a value as the 5000 for under $300 when compared to other comprable models. For $500 you can get a Fuji 3 stage with the new model gun if you use the MS cash back at 8% on ebay. I also recall reading the Earlex gun is proprietary.

Also there is a demo Wagner 3 satge from homestead...

Isn't the primary difference 2 stage for 5000 vs. 3 stage for 6900?

    Chip,
Check out page 21 of the new FWW magazine issue #210. There is a short review on the 6900.
