Anyone know much about this generator head?

Seems like one heck of an economical way to put together a generator, if one has an engine already or can get one cheap.
What ya think?

Neighbor has one down the road. [Dairyman]
He made a 3-point carryall for it and mounted it to his tractor, running it off the pto.
Keeps his house and outside wood stoves running when the elec. goes off.
For the cost, it's a HUGE wattage. Granted, you have to find a way to spin it, but that's not difficult to figure out.
PTO would surely do it. I need a new riding mower (threw a rod) and could easily rebuild the motor off my old one for it.
Hmmmm.
If you are in se Michigan I have a 20hp motor on a old mower you can have, the drive was not working but the motor was. But you would have to take the whole mower.
