Congrats!!!!
Is there a link??
???
When I go to the AAW site, it shows two sassafras vases. I wonder if they rotate these?
It’s only work if somebody makes you do it.
A day can really slip by when you're deliberately avoiding what you're supposed to do.
Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side, a dark side and it binds the universe together.
Ahhhhh! I have found it, http://www.woodturner.org/

Congrats, Steve! And, glad to see you stuck with "Snow and Ice" - great name for a great piece!

Congrats. I hope you will still talk to us mortals!
Congrats Steve.

Never put off until tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
To succeed in life, you need three things: a wishbone, a backbone and a funnybone.
Brian, the two sasafras pieces are last weeks winner, sometimes they announce it on the regualar photo in the comments and it does not make it to the posted photo of the week til the next day, its sort of a secret, usually they pick on monday, but the photo does not have to be recently submitted (generally it is), sometimes its like knowing a secret for a day
Congrats Steve. Well deserved with that piece.

Yup - can't link to another forum but can link to the title page of the organization - which is where the photo should eventually show up.
Thanks for the recognition everyone! It means a lot!

They say money does not grow on trees! I believe it takes a wood turner to reveal the hidden natural treasures in a tree.
Congratulations Steve, it's a beautiful piece!
