I have been using William Desrochers of Excalibur Creations for my bitmap to vector conversions for the last month or so. I just wanted to let everyone know he is great to work with. He has provided one day turnaround and has tweaked the files when I needed help the same day. Prices are very reasonable and he has offered a slight discount when jobs are batched with multiple files. He is a member and if you search his name or company you can get to his website.
My business will do much better now that I can market and sell rather than spend hours on artwork that can't be fully charged for most of the time. On my last job I informed the client I subbed out this work and would just add the charges to their invoice, no problem for them or me!
