    Decal Pen

    I have been messing around with this for a couple months now and here's what I came up it.
    Wood -- Curly maple
    Kit is a Serria --Gun Metal
    Homemade Decal---
    Attached Images Attached Images
    ---I may be broke---but we have plenty of wood---

    Nice decal.I finally figured out the decal part myself.It took me a few months and alot of questions to get it right.

    That's a nice looking pen, Gary. I think the kit finish and decal look great together.

    Hi Gary, sweet looking pen. Do you put a finish over the decal or just glue the decal over the finish? BTW, I have been giving the stone crusher a real workout lately, still working good.

    Great looking combo Gary. I have some of the decal material but have not tried to use it as yet. Not getting a lot of shop time in this weather.

    I like what you. I'm wondering what a black wood, would look like at the top and bottom of the decal? An all black pen with a maple outline stenciling of the POW?

    The Decal sticks to the wood by itself---most of the time.
    I put a top coat of Spray Laq. over the decal using a rattle can.

    I crushed up a liftime supply when I made mine. Good to hear you are keeping busy------How's the fishing????????
