Here's some pictures of the TVstand I made for the wife's new large screen TV. It's red oak with 7 coats of Waterlox on the exterior and 2 coats of blond shellac on the interior.

So much to learn, so little time.....
Very nice job on the TV stand! It really fit's your wife's new TV! I suppose that brand new tool you just bought is her's too?
(In all actuality, My wife would like a large screen TV more than I.)

"It's not the quality of the tool being used, it's the skills of the craftsman using the tool that really matter. Unfortunately, I don't have high quality in either"
Very nice work - especially the part about that being the wife's TV. I almost fell for it .
Very, very beautiful work, Bob. I love the finish ... you put a lot of effort into it and it really shows!

The TV is for the wife as she has some health problems and TV is the one thing she can still enjoy.
Again thanks for the kind remarks.

It's a beautiful design - the proportions, subtle curve in the base and wood selection - and good craftsmanship as well. Nicely done!
