I just got an email ,supposedly from the chairman of Craigslist, saying I've won a free Mac computer. Only problem is the name on the email is not the real name of the Craigslist CEO. I assume this is a scam

Yes - a scam. I've been offered 3 of these now .
After several fishy C/L emails, I always do a Google search of sender's name & "scam" when I get a C/L response before I reply. Not a guarantee but the scammers aren't always creative with their reply names.
I've been offered free computers, ipads, cars,sporting equipment and more.
If it seems too good to be true it probably is.
My money talks to me... It says Good Bye.
Yup Scam.. I've had 4 emails this week, from banks that I have never done business with, asking me to update my account information ha.. Right clicking a scam web address in Thunderbird lets you report a web forgery to help out other folks..
