    wixey customer service

    I bought a digital readout gage from wixley few months ago. stopped working few weeks ago and only way seems to get in contact with them is to email them through their wed site. tried that with 2 e mails and still no response./ anyone know of better method ?? Just hate to throw 45$ away when tool still under warranty.

    Are you using this address: digital@wixey.com? Barry is usually very quick to respond unless they are closed for vacation, inventory or some other function. It is a mom and pop shop more or less. I have used support@wixey.com with good success as well. Barry has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with his products.

    I had a problem with mine, emailed him several times and got a response next day each time. My was out of warranty but I am happy with the quick response. I'd keep trying...

    I think my Wixey digital height gauge is great!

    When it breaks, it's cheap enough to throw in the trash and go buy a new one. (had it for a while though)

    Barry has always taken very good care of my needs and questions. I had the digital protractor for over a year and sent him an email about the problem I was having. No problem I got another one in the mail the end of that week.

    Barry is a great guy and I am sure he must be on vacation or something.

    Eugene. send me a PM here or try our email again digital@wixey.com. We answer all emails withing 24 hours and usually within an hour or two. Not sure what happened to yours. We have a one year full replacment no questions asked warranty so don't worry about your $45.00. We will take care of you
