I bought a set of Colt Brad Point bits from Woodcraft last year. This week, I tried to use the 7/16 bit for the first time and noticed that it would not bore past 1/4 inch. Upon further inspection, the bit tip was ground totally different than the other bits in the set and it became obvious why the bit wasn't cutting. I called Woodcraft today and they are sending out a replacement right away. This is a low price item, but it's still good to know that WC stands behind what they sell with no hassles.
