    Trotec-dial indicator attachemnt

    I made this attachment utilizing the nozzle. So the two piece of stainless steel shafts clamp on either side of the nozzle and then u screw the nozzle into the head. Using the set screw on the side of the shaft u tighten onto the attachment of the indicator to desired position.

    Neat idea, Do you use it to level the table or for focus setting?

    I use this for checking the squareness and parallelism of the datum rulers mounted on the table. Also have used this for checking concentricity and paralllelism on the rotary attachmnet. I can also throw a piece onto the table and if you require the cutting or engraving parallel to a part on a component, this ensures that it is correct.
