Took delivery of our first system!

We finally took the plunge. Thanks to all of you who helped us get questions answered. You certainly were helpful in guiding us to what we feel was the right system choice.

We are now the proud new owners of a Universal VLS 4.60 50W. Resting after an evening of experimenting and getting used to the machine ... expect many more posts and MANY more questions!

Congrats! It's an exciting and frustrating time all at once. Use it for a little while, this forum has a lot of good mentors. Then when you are somewhat comfortable with it, take advantage of ULS Training in Scottsdale,AZ. When I took it it was free ( even for second hand machines!!!), I had to pay for hotel and air. But it was worth it. I am glad I had some time on the machine so I could get answers to some of the more challenging projects I wanted to do. The staff at ULS is great.Your imagination is the limit. Have fun!
