    Question HELP! laser machine does not leave the reset !

    Rdcam V5 laser machine does not come out and reset the software does not open because it does not recognize the machine.
    Is there any way to bring the machine initial configuration without the use of software?
    note: the display sistem crashed in resetting the touch of any button on the display has no effect
