    Cherry Whimsy

I think this breaks a lot of aesthetic rules: proportions all wrong, too busy, unfinished foot, rough beads, voids in the rim, uninteresting stains. Can't explain why I love it, but I do.

6", finished with a several coats of whatever finish I had left over: shellac, poly, wax?

Looks nice. It has an old time feel like it was turned years ago....

Well... I think it has a lot of character and I love the rich color! As long as you love it... what else matters??

Prashun I like it to. Love the color, voids and it has a old charm to it.

Prashun, Ms. Keeton said nearly the same words about ME this morning - kind of gave me a warm feeling all over!

I like the overall package quite well! Sometimes, it just comes together into something you like - consider yourself blessed.

That is a great M&M holder! I like rim voids, they can get exciting!

Nice work Prashun. I can see why you like it. The shape and color give it the look of an old and well used bowl.
