    DPI in chinese machine

    hello everyone,

i was wondering if anyone has figured out how to convert to DPI from the known 'interval (mm)' setting with the RDCAM software.

    thanks!

1 inch is 25.4mm . , so if the interval is 0.1mm , then you divide 25.4 by it
    ie 25.4/0.1 = 254 dpi
if you want 300 dpi , then divide 25.4 by 300 = interval of 0.0846666666
I see if you try to enter 0.0866666 , the program defaults to 0.09 which is actually 282 dpi.

    That's good info

@ Rodney would you mind re-posting that in the Shenui thread so it doesn't get lost?
