    Shenui and using a rotary!

Anyone tried it, i cant find the handbook, no a clue where the motor plugs in, i assumed it replaced the Y axis motor as it plug in there ok, but there are 2 y axis motors so the rotary turns but the y axis still moves. The rotary we are using has the rollers on it. Any tips or clues as to what the deal is with it !! thanks

Check this write up. I have used it successfully on my Shenhui and rotary:

Thanks for that, got it working, pretty badly thought out design, I had to unplug one of the drivers and swap the connections on the other, its a real work around but it works. School report would read 'could do better'

Re: "Could Do Better" Hi Matthew, do you, or anyone else, know if the current Shenhui models are designed better as far as setting up the rotary is concerned. I wrote them and asked and was told
"There is one switch on the Y,when use rotary, put the rotary on worktable, connect switch.when not use, take it out."

    Thanks marty
