Can an owner of the above please post the width and depth of the A3 31 and N4400 near the ground. I want to build mobile bases for when they arrive.
For some odd reason I've having a hard time finding this info online.
Cheers,
Adam.

Adam,
For the A3 31 the depth is 19 1/2. The front face is 24 3/4 and is shorter than the back face at 27 1/8. The shorter front is centered with the longer back.
The opening on my mobile base is 19 3/4 x 27 1/2. Since the front face won't reach the ends of your base opening be sure to have a few inches of support inside the base.
Nice machine, btw. You'll enjoy it.
Cliff
If you PM me with your email address i'll send you a drawing.
This is the one I made, it fits both the older machine and the new machine.

Hello
I have both will post measurement later today, Hammer does have mobility kits for both the A3 31 & N4400, have them on all of my machines.
jim
Yes that's correct.
Far better than having a machine wandering around on two axis while you're pushing it.
It's a fantastic mobility solution whether you build your own or use the factory supplied kit.
Stable, very low to the floor, very manoeuverable..................Regards, Rod
The mobility kit is a tri-cycle arrangement, 2 stationary wheels on same axle is permanently affixed to each machine (usually in back of machine), a common (to all Hammer machines) quick connect steering lever has the 3rd set of wheels and pivots (steers) the machine, does take a little effort to accurately position machinery (see band saw picture)
